As out of state sellers, we couldn't have been happier with Julia's persistence and dedication to getting our house ready to list, market the listing, show the house and presenting offers. We had decided 6 months in advance to list our house in April 2020 when our renters moved out and this ended up being right smack at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic which posed many restrictions on the normal means of selling homes. Tours, open houses were all tabled. Julia did not let these obstacles get in her way and maintained an optimistic outlook for us even when we were daunted by the circumstances in which we were listing the house. We loved this house and the end result after several offers over a few months and many creative efforts to market our house, she brought us a great offer from someone we are sure will love the house as much as we did.
